Anti-Money-Laundering Statement
Tomorrow World Real Estate Development L.L.C. · Last updated 27 August 2026
Tomorrow World Real Estate Development L.L.C. conducts its business in compliance with the United Arab Emirates' anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing framework, including Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and its implementing regulations, as they apply to real-estate developers.
What this means in practice
- Know Your Customer. We verify the identity of every purchaser — individuals and companies — before a reservation or sale is concluded, including passport or Emirates ID for individuals, and trade licences with beneficial-ownership information for corporate buyers.
- Source of funds. Purchase payments are monitored. Enhanced due diligence applies to unusual payment patterns, payments made by third parties, and cash transactions.
- Reporting. Where the law requires, suspicious transactions are reported to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit through the goAML platform.
- Record keeping. Customer and transaction records are retained for the statutory retention periods.
